《珍珠囊藥性賦》古代藥學著作。該書收集金元及明代各名家驗方。是一本古代藥學著作，流傳較廣，為中醫名家喜愛。該書分卷一《藥性賦，卷二為《諸品藥性主治指掌》，卷三、四亦為《藥性賦》。

《珍珠囊藥性賦》藥學著作。又名《雷公炮製藥性賦》、《珍珠囊指掌補遺藥性賦》。四卷。原題李杲編輯。本書卷首有“元山道人”的原敘一篇，自稱為本書的作者，但無年月。實不知為何人何時之作。

內容有總賦，包括寒、熱、溫、平四賦，其次為用藥發明，總論用藥大法；再次為主治指掌，記90種常用藥的功用和主治；再次為用藥須知；最後（卷三、卷四部分）分別將玉石、草、木、人、禽獸、蟲魚、果品、米穀、蔬菜等9部中主要藥物的性味、功能和主治編成歌賦，便於習誦。以其深受眾多醫家喜愛，故版本較多、流傳較廣，適用於初學藥性的名著。現存幾十種清刻本及多種近代刊本。

本書《增補珍珠囊雷公炮製藥性賦解》系民國3年，上海廣益書局石印賦卷為“本草經典論著十人書”之一李東垣撰寫的原著註釋本。解卷為間李中梓士材編輯，吳門王子接晉三重訂。此書簡述各類中草藥藥性，乃初學中醫藥必備知識的中醫國粹中醫藥丸散膏藥湯劑類入門級書籍。
