此幣正面以珠圈為界，可分為內外兩個部分：珠圈以外，上端為“廣東省造”四字，下方為“庫平七錢二”五字，左右兩側各鑄一蝙蝠圖案，寓有吉祥的含義；珠圈以內，鑄有滿、漢文“光緒元寶”四字。背面也以珠圈為界：珠圈外面，鑄有雙龍圖案；珠圈裡面，鑄有一圓形“壽”字。廣東省造雙龍壽字幣制造精緻，楷書文字書法極為端莊大氣，間架結構平衡舒展，在龍洋裡首屈一指，是家喻戶曉的罕見銀幣珍品，收藏價值和升值空間都值得期待。
