北京東方蒙特梭利資訊科學研究院（Beijing Oriental Institute of Montessori Research）是由香港東方龍教育集團董事長徐小改成立，是IMC國際蒙特梭利委員會唯一授權在中國宣傳推廣IMC蒙特梭利教育的權威認證、培訓機構，是由中華人民共和國工商部門批准的合法研究院，對接美國IMC中國委員會在華相關工作。業務範圍涵蓋：蒙特梭利園所及園長認證，師資培訓等。

Beijing Oriental Institute of Montessori Research

Beijing Oriental Institute of Montessori Research was founded by Dr。 Xu Xiaogai， Chairman of Hong Kong Oriental Dragon Education Group。 Beijing Oriental Institute of Montessori Research is the only authorized Montessori organization in China for certification， training， and promotion of Montessori education for the International Montessori Council （IMC）。 It is a legal organization approved by the industrial and commercial department of the People‘s Republic of China and primarily responsible for enhancing the development of IMC within China。 The organization’s business scope covers： the certification of Montessori kindergartens and principals， teachers’ training and other support mechanisms for IMC kindergartens in China。

1、Director of Marketing

Location： Beijing

Qualifications：

· Passionate about Montessori’s education

· At least five years of working experience in marketing within the education field

· Has an in-depth understanding of the education market and can effectively react to changing market dynamics

· Experience working with media outlets

· Able to align with company’s vision， and can quickly fit into the company culture

· Highly proficient in Office software

Salary/Benefits：

· Annual salary： $75，000

2、研究院教學主管

工作地點：北京

任職資格：

具有國際蒙特教師資格認證證書

從事蒙特梭利教育事業五年以上

負責集團教師團隊的建設、培訓和管理；

與市場部配合發現並解決教學中存在的問題，並協助市場部開展推廣活動

較強的溝通表達能力，人際關係良好，具備很強的責任感和事業心，較高的敏感度及一定的判斷能力；

認同公司的企業文化，經營理念，熟悉計算機操作辦公軟體。

2。Director of Education

Location： Beijing

Qualifications：

· Have an International Montessori Teaching Certificate

· Five year of Montessori teaching experience

· Ability to build teams， train and manage teaching staff

· Ability to cooperate with and assist marketing department to launch promotional activities

· Abilty to identity and solve teaching issues in the classroom

· Strong communicator， good team player。

· Responsible， dedicated， acute， and has good decision-making abilities

· Aligns with company vision， and can quickly fit into company culture

具有對幼兒耐心、愛心的優良品質，有飽滿的精神狀態與幼兒一起成長

1、已報名參加認證考試還未獲得國際蒙特梭利教師認證資格老師30000美元/年

2、已獲得國際蒙特梭利教師認證資格三年以下者40000美元/年

3、已獲得國際蒙特梭利教師認證資格三年以上（含三年），且有獨立帶班能力者50000美元/年

3、Montessori teachers （China）

Location： Beijing

Qualifications：

· Have received or in the process of receiving International Montessori Teaching Certificate

· Experienced in Montessori Education

· Ability to take care of children

· Ability to customize a personal development plan for children

· Patient， kind and passionate about working with children

· Has the ability to teach Montessori professional teaching ability。

Salary/Benefits：

· Annual salary：

o Have registered for exams of International Montessori Teaching Certificate， but have not received certificate - $20，000

o Have International Montessori Teaching Certificate and less than three years of teaching experience- $30，000

o Have International Montessori Teaching Certificate and more than three years of experience leading a classroom independently - $50，000

· Annual Leave： 30 days （including Chinese National Holidays）

· Marriage Leave： 7 days
