國外期刊投稿技巧12條與投稿操作演示

一、國外頂刊的投稿程式

我們以國際頂級期刊Transportation Research Part B： Methodological（TRB）為例進行說明。

1。選擇合適的刊物

可向你論文參考文獻的所在期刊投稿。這就是所謂的“合適”。論文中可以多引用該期刊的文章，這樣就更容易讓主編或審稿人覺得我們經常閱讀該刊物，所以才會引用上面的文章，也會因此做出判斷：你的文章投在這本刊物上是合適的。

2。投稿時要了解本專業的國際、國內的相關期刊。

3。考慮文章內容是否符合刊物的“口味”。

4。瞭解主編和編委所從事的研究工作等。

5。瞭解刊物的審稿方式，包括負責匿名審稿的老師有幾位。

6。瞭解刊物的出版週期、數量、是否檢索期刊等。

7。瞭解刊物是否收取版面費。比如開源（將學術資訊放在網際網路上供所有人共享，不需要考慮版權或註冊的限制）期刊一般都會收取

版面

費，包括Nature、Science，也有一些好的期刊是不收版面費的。

8。準備一份投稿信。

二、如何投稿國外頂刊

1。“貢獻大”投高檔刊物，“貢獻小”投低檔刊物。要對自己的能力有信心，瞄準國際高水平刊物投稿。

2。可選擇不收版面費的國際刊物。

3。科學研究的重要成果一定要投給國際刊物。目前的趨勢就是如此。雖然中國正在大力推廣國內期刊，但是就管理科學領域或社會科學領域來說，國內期刊的水平還有很大的提升空間。因此如果你的研究成果特別重要，最好投給國際刊物。打個比方，投給國際刊物相當於參加奧運會，投給國內一級刊物相當於參加全運會，投給地方刊物相當於參加省運會。

4。仔細閱讀所投刊物的投稿指南，嚴格按照要求準備論文。包括署名、地址、聯絡方式、摘要、關鍵詞、章節、段落、參考文獻，包括字型、公式編排、標點符號都要仔細檢查，要跟繡花一樣仔細。

我們來看一下這封2018年8月25日Jeff Ban教授寫給國外頂刊的投稿信。

Dynamic ridesharing with variable-ratio charging-compensation scheme for morning commute

We introduce in this paper a variable-ratio charging-compensation scheme（VCS）for dynamic ridesharing for morning commute with a single bottleneck VCS is featured by a non-fixed ratio between the charges to the riders and the compensation to the driver of the same ridesharing trip。We investigate the optimal VCS to help achieve different objectives desirable for the ridesharing platform， including minimizing the system disutility， maximizing the platforms profit， and minimizing disutility with zero profit of the platform。 We then conduct a series of numerical studies of the methods in traffic simulation， with a few interesting observations and findings。

Although there have been research works in the past on dynamic ridesharing， we believe that the manuscript has significant scientific contributions in terms of introducing VCS and conducting comprehensive investigations on optimal VCS for various objectives of the platform。 Our research confirms that VCS can enable the ridesharing platform to achieve its（various） desirable objectives without the use of road pricing。 This and other findings in this paper are expected to provide useful insight when designing and managing dynamic ridesharing systems。

首先要寫明時間和審稿人（或編輯）的姓名，然後用“We are submitting to you the following manuscript by。。。”說明投稿人的姓名與論文題目，接下來就是文章題目。然後用“we introduce in this paper。。。”來說明投稿原因。最後用“please advise if you have any questions”結尾，並附上聯絡方式，這就是cover letter（投稿信）的寫法。

再來看另一封2021年2月的投稿信。

Attached please find a research paper “Regulation on an on-demand ride service system with express and limousine” by Jing-peng Wang and Hai-jun Huang， submitted to Transportation Research Part B for possible publication。

Motivated by the Uber’s and Didi’s differentiated operation policies ， in this paper we investigate an on-demand ride service system which provides express and limousine services to price-sensitive customers through earning-sensitive drivers We formulate an analytical model which aims at maximizing the service platform‘s profit by means of the price rate charged from customers， the wage rate compensation for divers and the reservation rate that differentiates express from limousine。 We have analyzed the solution properties and obtained the optimal platform regulatory instruments。 Some interesting findings or insights are achieved， which are useful for designing and managing the on-demand ride service system。

當時Bhat教授已成為了主編。“Attached please find a research paper。。。”說明論文題目與作者姓名。“Motivated by the Uber’s and Didi’s differentiated operation policies ， in this paper。。。 ”是投稿該期刊的理由。這一段話基本上就是論文摘要的內容。最後記得附上聯絡方式。

三、投稿步驟

以TRB為例，我們來說一下投稿國外頂刊的具體操作步驟。

TRB使用的是Editorial Manager系統，網址為https：//www。editorialmanager。com/trb/default2。aspx。Editorial Manager是目前國際上使用最廣泛的網路論文投稿與審稿系統，現在國外多家核心期刊均在使用該系統進行投稿，包括Nature、Cancer Cell、PLOS ONE等。

首先需要註冊一個賬號。註冊完可以看到password下面有四個選項，分別是作者登入（author login）、審稿人登入（reviewer login）、編輯登入（editor login）以及出版商登入（publisher login）。我們作為投稿人，選擇author login即可。

登入後，選擇提交新手

搞

（submit new manuscript），點選下一步，然後選擇手稿的型別，比如是會議記錄還是綜述類文章等，需根據自己的手稿類別進行選擇。

點選proceed可以繼續。接下來可以拖拽（drag & drop files here）或在資料夾中選擇（browse）將你要提交的論文上傳，點選下一步。如果提交成功會出現一個視窗，說明你已經提交了文章。

最後系統會生成pdf，包括論文編號、題目、作者身份、提交時間、當前狀態等。可以隨時登入editorial manager檢視你的稿件狀態。
